cashyou is a benefit app for young people and students. With the cashyou app you can find exclusive discounts in your city and throughout Switzerland as well as exciting competitions in which you can participate.

You may register with cashyou if you are between 12 and 30 years old and in an apprenticeship. You are in an apprenticeship if you are enrolled at a university, university of applied sciences, technical college, high school, high school, vocational high school, secondary school or secondary modern school in Switzerland or if you are in a regular apprenticeship (apprenticeship).

To register with cashyou, you must download the cashyou App from the App Store or the Google Play Store There you can choose between different "subscriptions" at the beginning of the registration process:
- If you own or will open a UBS me banking package, the cashyou App is free of charge until you are 31 years old.
- If you do not own a UBS me banking package and do not wish to open one, you can take out a regular subscription, which costs CHF 39.00 per year. The regular subscription is charged on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time.

You can use the cashyou App as long as you are in a training relationship, are over 12 years old and have not yet reached the age of 31 (see also "Who can register with cashyou?") If you are no longer in a training relationship before the age of 31, please let us know. Your cashyou account will be automatically deleted on your 31st birthday at the latest.

In the cashyou App you will find exclusive advantages, which the cashyou team has negotiated with various companies especially for users of the cashyou App. These are mainly discount coupons and competitions. The coupons grant you various advantages (discounts, special offers, etc.), which you can redeem directly on site or online, depending on the offer.

There are several ways how to find a specific coupon in the cashyou app:
- On the map in the cashyou app you can see all the benefits in your area. By clicking on the marking, you can go directly to the respective offer.
- With the search function in the cashyou App you can directly search for specific partner companies or locations.
- If you are at a local partner company, you also have the possibility to read the QR code on a cashyou sticker or a cashyou partner card to get directly to the offer. You can read the QR code by pressing the QR button in the middle of the cashyou app's main page.

You can redeem a coupon by clicking on the corresponding coupon in the cashyou app and confirm the redemption. Please make sure to only confirm the redemption if you really want to redeem the coupon. Accidental redemption cannot be reversed. Once you have confirmed the redemption, a QR code, numeric code, barcode etc. will appear which you can show at the checkout or enter in an online shop.

A cashyou subscription costs CHF 39.00 per year. This regular subscription is charged recurrently and can be cancelled at any time. Your cashyou account will be automatically deleted on your 31st birthday.

Yes, to see the offers of cashyou, you need the cashyou app. You can download it from App Store or the Google Play Store .

To see the offers in your area, you can locate yourself on the map in the cashyou app. To see the offers in a specific city, you can select the city on the map or enter it in the search field.

The reason why you cannot redeem a certain coupon in the cashyou app may be that the coupon is not redeemable indefinitely and you have already reached the maximum number of times you can redeem this coupon. You can see how many times a coupon can be redeemed on the top right of the coupon.

No, a coupon will not be reactivated if it was redeemed by mistake. However, many coupons are renewed after a certain time. Therefore you should be able to access the coupon again soon.

No, a coupon will not be unlocked again if a partner has not granted it. In this case, however, we would be grateful for feedback to [email protected] so that we can get in touch with this provider and address the incident.

If you wish to delete your account, you can inform us by email to [email protected]. We will delete your account for you. Your cashyou account will be automatically deleted on your 31st birthday at the latest.
